The system works as an operator, answering and transferring up to 32 calls simultaneously.

ADDRESSEE CONFIRMATION

The system reproduces the called name and extension, so that the caller avoids unpleasant surprises.

FUNCTION SECRETARY


After entering the desired number, caller´s name is requested in order to be reproduced before transferring the call, allowing you to accept, reject or forward the call to the voice mail or another user.

AUTOMATIC SCHEDULER

You can define the system behavior depending on day-time and day of the week, i.e. Selecting which greeting to play, which extension won´t be available at lunch time, ring the call into different places, etc.

INTERACTIVE HELP

When the user does a mistake or is unaware of the available functions while browsing through the system, it replies automatically with a tutorial, indicating how to operate.

STATISTICS

Highly detailed statistics about the system usage.

AUDIOTEXT

Provides pre-recorded messages to de caller (i.e. Frequently asked questions, opening hours, required documentation), saving operator´s time.
