Voice Logger / Call Recorder / Introduction

ATN Recorder is a Digital Conversation Recorder.

Its function is to perform the control, log and backup of the communications, and it’s employed in critical telephonic attention areas.

The system detects the beginning and ending of each communication, generates an audio register indicating date, time, line/extension and length of the call. Storage capacity is about 2,000 hours of recording in the server (with a 20 GB HD), and can be increased.

The basic equipment gives the option of operating in stealthy way, or can warn the person that the conversation is being recorded, by performing an audible signal on the beginning of the conversation.

ATN Recorder has three operating modes: by default, the system starts recording in a continuous way (each time it detects a conversation) the lines or extensions it has assigned. Otherwise, a recording on request can be performed, so the operator or supervisor can indicate which conversation they want to record. Finally Pre-programmed recording: the time and day can be indicated, as well as the extension that has to be recorded.

Next, all Voice Logger’s features are described. It works with a Client-Server configuration, this means that via a PC network all records performed can be accessed to be edited, listened and to perform back-ups. The port status of the system can also be monitored, and it can be fully customized.
